Non Compete Agreements and Clauses

If you signed a non-compete agreement, that agreement may or may not be enforceable, the only way you will find out is by speaking with an attorney licensed to practice in your state. A non-compete agreement is usually referring to an agreement between an employer and employee in which the employee is not able to perform work with the employer’s competitors. It is important to note that non-compete laws and the ability to enforce those laws can differ from state to state.
